Dr. Sylvia Earle Testifies on Gulf Oil Spill

Dr. Sylvia Earle, at the Select Committee on Energy Independence and Global Warming's hearing: “Rising Tides, Rising Temperatures: Global Warming’s Impacts on the Oceans.” Dr. Earle is referred to as "Her Deepness" by The New Yorker and the New York Times, and a "Living Legend," by the Library of Congress. She is the former chief scientist of NOAA, founder of the Mission Blue Foundation, and an Explorer-in-Residence at National Geographic.
